First, clean your tin can and smooth out any rough edges left from the opened can. The cans I used required a can opener.
Gather together your supplies. I used decorative paper, a paper trimmer, glue, and embellishments (ribbon, twine, buttons, etc,).
I saved the label to use as a template. I traced the template label on the backside of my decorative paper. With my paper trimmer I cut the paper to the desired width and length.
I glued the paper on to the tin can and added the embellishments. Place in the flowers or whatever items that you want to organize and store. Your project is finished.
This was a fun, quick diy project. What a nice way to add a touch of spring to your home.
Even though we still have three inches of snow on the ground.
“Thanks to my mother, not a single cardboard box has found its way back into society. We receive gifts in boxes from stores that went out of business twenty years ago.”
