The morning temperature today was 40 degrees. I decided to walk on my treadmill. The treadmill kicks my butt. So, a couple of days a week, or when its raining, I walk the treadmill.
Here are the results:
Not too shabby. I also used the Ease into 5K app with my workout. Everyday it gets a little easier.
