Vegan Berry Smoothie With a Touch of Cinnamon

Cinnamon was an ingredient I had not tried in a vegan, berry smoothie before. The hot, aromatic taste of cinnamon gave this recipe a little "Kick" so to speak. What a delicious way to start your morning or give your afternoon smoothie, a little zip, to increase your energy level.

Vegan Berry Smoothie 

Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 banana
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey
1 ripe avocado
3/4 cup spinach

Directions-
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend together.
Makes approximately 2 servings
