10 Uses for Lavender Oil

Lavender oil is my favorite "go-to" oil. I mainly use it to relax. Because in today's stressed out world, we all need some relief from the chaos. Lavender oil, a bath, and a good book, yeah baby. In fact, I wish I had known about this amazing oil when my son was young. Might have let my husband and I sleep through the night. I have created a list below of the many uses for lavender oil.
10 uses for lavender oil

  • calm nerves- rub on temples, forehead, or before entering a stressful environment.
  • DIY room freshner-mix together Lavender oil and distilled water in a spray bottle. Spray the room or bed sheets for a fresh scent.
