Would You Like To Know How To Make A Relaxing Night Time, Linen Spray?

how to make a night time linen spray

Follow these simple steps to create a night time, linen spray.

For this night time spray I used:

25 drops Stress Away blend oil

10 drops Lavender oil

A 2 ounce glass bottle

A dropper

Water- Distilled water is acceptable. I did not have distilled water on hand, so I just used regular tap water.

Fill your 2 ounce glass bottle 3/4 full with your water of choice. Leave some room to add your oil. Allow enough room for the oil and water to mix together, when shaken, before spraying on your linens.

Add 10 drops of Lavender oil.

Add 25 drops of Stress Away blend oil. I removed the roller ball on the Stress Away bottle. Then, I used a small dropper to transfer Stress Away to the spray bottle.

Shake your linen spray, mixing together the ingredients, and spritz on your sheets before retiring to bed for the night.

Shake well before each use.

I chose to use Lavender for it's soothing and calming fragrance.

Stress Away is a blend oil made up of Copaiba, Lime, Cedarwood, Vanilla, Ocotea, and Lavender. This blend is known for its relaxing and comforting qualities.

Place this on your night stand and spray on your sheets, just before you slip into bed. Or, add a bow and tag and tuck into a cute gift basket.

Items needed for the gift tag are:

Stampin Up tag punch.

Card stock paper.

Sharpie marker.

Twine or a pretty ribbon.

Choose a pretty card stock paper. Use your card punch or cut the tag to any shape you desire. Poke a hole in the tag to string the twine or ribbon through. Wrap around the bottle and tie with a pretty bow.

A cute gift for a friend or treat for yourself.

Now to you.
