1 1/2 cup of almonds
1 cup cacao chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2-3 tablespoons of water
In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients except the water.
Blend for a minute of two.
Add the water, slowly, 1 tablespoon at a time, and pulse until the dough starts to look sticky.
The dough will look a little, loose, but it firms up nicely in the fridge.
I put all of the ingredients into my food processor.
I pulsed all of the ingredients together and slowly added the water.
I rolled the dough into bite sized nuggets.
I placed the finished product into the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Here is the final product.
